This 8-hour course describes some of the emergency response considerations both First Responders and Haz Mat Team Technicians dealing with highway cargo tank trucks must understand.

The instructor will cover in detail the various vehicles in service on our highway system. The host provides vehicles for "hands-on" walk through of the normal operating equipment and safety equipment on the vehicles.

Actual case histories involving different classes of chemical highway cargo tank trucks is used to demonstrate solutions and techniques to handle "real-world" situations.
