Hazardous Materials First Responder Operations Course This 32-hour course covers all the requirements for Hazardous Materials First Responder-Awareness certification. The course meets or exceeds the NFPA 472 requirements and exceeds OSHA 1910.120 requirements. The course is designed to provide First Responders with a safe and effective response strategy. Practical field exercises allow students to handle minor situations with the resources typically found at the scene or carried by fire companies.
