This 8-hour course covers all the requirements for Hazardous Materials First Responder-Awareness certification. The course meets or exceeds the NFPA 472 requirements and exceeds OSHA 1910.120 requirements.

The course is designed to provide First Responders with a safe and effective response strategy that falls within the scope and limits of their level of training. Classroom role-playing trains the student to recognize the hazards and initiate the correct response. Limitations and capabilities are reinforced.
